Explosion rocks Russian Interior Ministry building in Syktyvkar

An explosion occurred in the Russian Interior Ministry building in Syktyvkar, according to the Telegram channel Shot.

The blast took place in the professional training centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Caliber.Az reports.

"An unknown device detonated in the assembly hall of the centre <…>. Construction work was underway in the building," the report added.
