Fire breaks out at enterprise in Tver region following UAV strike

A fire has broken out at an industrial facility in Russia’s Tver Region following a drone attack.

The incident occurred at one of the enterprises in the Konakovo District after air defences repelled an unmanned aerial vehicle strike during the night of February 7.

The information was confirmed by the region’s acting governor, Vitaly Korolev, in a statement published on the official Telegram channel “Tver Region. Official.”

Korolev said that emergency services and all necessary resources were promptly deployed to the site and that he had issued several instructions to ensure continued monitoring of the situation.

According to the acting governor, there have been no reports of casualties so far.
