A fire broke out in a quest room building near the Izmailovo Kremlin cultural and entertainment complex in eastern Moscow, leading to the collapse of the roof, walls, and internal structures, according to the Shot Telegram channel.
An eyewitness said that half of the hangar burned down completely and was left destroyed. According to the Mash Telegram channel, a game titled “The Last of Us” was taking place inside at the time of the fire, and participants initially did not realise the danger, mistaking the alarm for part of the scenario.
The fire was localised over an area of 3,000 square meters. No information about casualties has been reported.
The blaze occurred overnight on May 13 on Vernisazhnaya Street in Moscow, when visitors were present at the site. Five people were rescued from the fire.
The Izmailovo Kremlin complex consists of wooden structures designed in the style of 16th–17th century Russian architecture.
