Fire reported at St. Petersburg industrial site after overnight attack PHOTO / VIDEO

A fire broke out at an industrial facility in St. Petersburg following what witnesses described as an overnight Ukrainian attack, according to reports and footage circulating on social media.

The Telegram channel ASTRA said eyewitnesses had shared videos showing the blaze at the site. The facility is believed to be an oil terminal, although this has not been officially confirmed.

ASTRA had earlier reported a fire at the Luch thermal power plant in the city of Belgorod, and said that the Chuvashia, Ulyanovsk and Udmurtia regions were also targeted in the attacks.
