Flight to Türkiye makes emergency landing in Russia
A Ural Airlines aircraft flying from Perm to Antalya made an emergency landing at Yekaterinburg airport due to a warning signal indicating a possible malfunction.
The airline’s press service told TASS that a technical indicator had been triggered during the flight, suggesting a potential fault that made it unsafe to continue.
“During the flight, an indication of a possible malfunction appeared on the aircraft, which did not allow the flight to be carried out safely. To address it, the crew decided to land in Yekaterinburg,” the press service said.
It further noted that all 220 passengers have been accommodated in the airport terminal while waiting for the rescheduled departure and have been provided with food, drinks, and necessary services.
