French envoy condoles with Azerbaijan over Khojaly genocide

French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Bouillon has expressed deep respect for the grief of all the Azerbaijani people, who are honouring the memory of the Khojaly genocide victims.

"A lasting peace must be achieved [between Armenia and Azerbaijan] through dialogue and reconciliation so that such acts are not repeated," Caliber.Az quotes the diplomat as tweeting on February 26 – the 31st anniversary of the genocide committed by Armenia against civilian Azerbaijanis in the Khojaly district.
