Global Media Forum wraps up in Shusha
The Global Forum on "New Media in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution," organised within the framework of the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" and on the 148th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press, has come to an end in Azerbaijan's cultural capital Shusha.
Representatives of local and foreign media, as well as experts, attended the three-day forum, Report informs.
The forum included sessions on "Future of Media: New Tools and the Role of Media in Journalism and Communication in the Digital Age", "Investment and Consumer Trends in Media", and "Security Issues", as well as interactive discussions among participants and speakers. The Global Forum also included some "side events" (parallel events), exhibitions, and training.
Some 150 foreign guests from 49 countries, including representatives of state information agencies from 34 countries, 12 international organisations, and media structures attended the event.
