Heavy snowfall in Russia delays multiple flights to Armenian capital

Heavy snowfall across Russia has caused delays to multiple flights bound for Yerevan.

According to Caliber.Az, citing Armenian media, two flights from Moscow to the Armenian capital have been postponed due to the severe weather conditions in the city. The storm has significantly disrupted operations at Sheremetyevo Airport, which was temporarily closed to arriving aircraft several hours earlier.

Similar weather-related disruptions are being reported in numerous other Russian cities.

Yerevan’s airport authorities also confirmed that an additional flight from Yekaterinburg has been delayed.
