High-voltage power line laid in Azerbaijan’s Lachin district
In line with the instructions of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, a high-voltage power line, passing through highlands and woodlands, has been laid in Azerbaijan’s Lachin District.
The announcement came from the Azerbaijani electricity provider Azerishiq on July 21, Caliber.Az reports.
The company said that it is carrying out large-scale work to connect the Lachin district to the general power grid of Azerbaijan, as well as provide it with a stable and uninterrupted power supply.
A 29-kilometre 35-kilovolt high-voltage power line has been laid in the village of Minkend. In addition, the construction of the 17-kilometre Bozlu-Pirjahan line has been completed.
The new line provides electricity to military units, as well as all state-important infrastructure in Lachin.
