The Palestinian Authority (PA) is preparing for comprehensive reform after the war in the Gaza Strip, which could also include the issue of benefits paid to the families of terrorists.

US President Joe Biden's administration has put intense pressure on the Palestinian Authority to take this dramatic step, Kan-11 reports.

Mahmoud Abbas, for his part, expects significant rewards, most notably gaining control of the Gaza Strip after overthrowing Hamas rule.

The planned reform will affect the areas of law, education and economics, and within its framework, there will also be changes in the leadership of the PA.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that the PA had been secretly assisting South Africa in its case against Israel at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Sources told the agency that the PA decided to bring the case so that Israel would not have grounds to interfere with Palestinian activities in the Gaza Strip after the war.
