Iran Central Bank delegation visits Moscow to deepen banking cooperation

A delegation led by the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Abdolnaser Hemmati, has arrived in Moscow for talks aimed at strengthening monetary and banking cooperation between Iran and Russia.

The visit is focused on expanding financial coordination between the two countries, including efforts to simplify cross-border settlements and develop new mechanisms to increase bilateral trade and economic exchange, Caliber.Az reports via Iranian media.

During the meetings in Moscow, Iranian and Russian officials are expected to discuss ways to reduce barriers in financial transactions and improve payment systems, as part of broader efforts to deepen economic ties.
