Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has stated that Israel’s position is becoming increasingly unstable amid ongoing regional tensions.
This comes after Iran launched a missile strike on Israel, Caliber.Az reports, citing IRNA.
Iranian officials said the strikes were retaliation for Israel’s attacks on Lebanon.
“The breathing of the unstable Israeli regime is becoming increasingly intermittent,” Mojtaba Khamenei noted.
The Israeli side claims that air defence systems intercepted all launched missiles.
It later hit military targets in Iran.
Meanwhile, Tehran says it is ready for a harsher response.
