IRGC commander fires back at US: “Iran won’t return to Stone Age”
Majid Moosavi, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Air and Space Force, responded to a post by US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth titled “Back to the Stone Age” on X.
“You are the ones sending your soldiers under burial stones, not Iran, which you want to return to the Stone Age. Hollywood illusions have so poisoned your thinking that with your insignificant 250-year history, you threaten a civilisation with over 6,000 years of history,” General Moosavi said.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump also warned in a national address that within the next two to three weeks, the United States could deliver an “extremely” powerful strike against Iran, capable of setting the country “back to the Stone Age.”
