IRGC vows continued weapons development to defend Iran

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is continuing to develop new weapons and strengthen the combat readiness of the country’s armed forces, spokesman for the IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi said.

Mohebbi made the remarks during a press conference titled “The IRGC’s address to the American people.”

“We are constantly developing new weapons and enhancing the combat readiness of our armed forces in order to protect the people and the country,” Mohebbi said.

He emphasized that Iran’s military development efforts are focused on protecting the Iranian people and safeguarding the country’s territorial integrity.
