Kabardino-Balkaria to expand scope of exports to Azerbaijan
Representatives from Azerbaijan and the business community of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic have agreed to expand the range of products supplied from the Russian region.
The negotiations were held in the course the visit by Azerbaijani entrepreneurs to the North Caucasian region spanning from December 11 to 13, Caliber.Az reports citing Russian media.
“Our entrepreneurs have been supplying their products to Azerbaijan for many years. We decided to expand the scope. There was a request from our neighbors for food products produced in our republic, such as sweets, mineral water, and sweet water,” said Hadis Dudaro, Head of the regional Entrepreneurship Support Center.
As part of the trip, Azerbaijani businessmen visited the “Veles” poultry processing plant, the "Zhyvaya Voda" mineral and drinking water company as well as the “Nalchik” Halva Factory producing confectionery. They also explored products from nine other regional enterprises at a local exhibition.
