Kazakhstan to launch new flights to China, Vietnam, Egypt
Kazakhstan is opening new air flights to China, Vietnam and Egypt, according to the country's Ministry of Transport.
Caliber.Az, citing a Kazakh media source, reports that starting in March 2025, the Kazakh airline Air Astana will open new routes to Vietnam, with flights from Almaty to Nha Trang four times a week and from Astana to Nha Trang three times a week.
Additionally, flights to China will be launched from Almaty to Guangzhou three times a week.
Starting from the spring-summer season, The Egyptian airline Air Cairo plans to open flights from Kostanay (Kazakhstan) to Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt) once a week and from Almaty to Hurghada twice a week.
There are also plans to resume flights from Almaty to El Alamein (Egypt) once a week.
The opening of new directions will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business and tourism cooperation between the countries.
