KEMANKES mini cruise missile tested in Türkiye VIDEO
The high-tech unmanned systems developed by Baykar continue to undergo successful tests. The KEMANKES miniature intelligent navigation missile integrated into the BAYRAKTAR TB2 UAV has successfully completed the first firing test conducted in Türkiye’s Keshan city.
Bayraktar TB2, which flew from Baykar Flight Training and Test Centre in Keshan on June 14, launched the KEMANKEŞ rocket, Caliber.Az reports, citing SavunmaSanayiST.com on Twitter.

The mini cruise missile, with a domestically developed jet engine, travelled 33 kilometres at high speed, reached the target area and successfully hit the target.
KEMANKES, developed by Baykar for use against strategic targets, is a cruise missile (mini cruise missile). The KEMANKES, which will be used by AKINCI, BAYRAKTAR TB2 and BAYRAKTAR TB3 UAVs, has a range of more than 200 kilometres.
KEMANKES, equipped with optical guidance with artificial intelligence, can operate at altitudes up to 18,000 feet. The normal cruise velocity of the munition is Mach 0.3, with a maximum velocity of Mach 0.7 when diving toward the target.
With a length of 1.73 m and a wingspan of 1.25 m, the KEMANKES KAGEM can carry a payload of 6 kg. Circulating munitions with a maximum weight of 30 kilograms, it is equipped with a camera system with 2-axis stabilization, a 36x zoom and a laser rangefinder with a range of 2.8 kilometres.
