Kremlin rejects EU cyberattack allegations as baseless
14 July 2026 15:43
The Kremlin has rejected European Union accusations of Russian involvement in cyberattacks, insisting that Moscow has long faced unfounded allegations over actions in which it had no role.
He said Russia does not accept any of these accusations, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
“You know that for many years Russia has been accused of things to which it has absolutely no connection. These accusations are always baseless, never substantiated, and we never hear any evidence," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted.
Peskov also stressed that Russia had adapted to the tens of thousands of sanctions imposed against it and had learned how to circumvent them.
He added that Moscow would continue to do so in the future.
