Kremlin says “intensive work” underway to prevent Ukrainian strikes
Russia is carrying out intensive work to prevent Ukrainian strikes on its territory, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated.
Commenting on another fire at an oil refinery in the southern city of Tuapse—the third since the beginning of the month—following a drone attack, he said that “appropriate measures are being taken to handle the aftermath,” Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
Peskov made it clear that the situation was being handled at the required level, noting that the Kremlin would not publicly disclose the consequences of Ukrainian strikes, as “this is classified information.”
During the night of April 28, Tuapse came under another drone attack.
Local authorities announced the evacuation of residents living near the industrial zone.
