Kremlin spokesperson: Moscow sees positive dynamics in Baku-Yerevan dialogue
Moscow has noted positive dynamics in the ongoing dialogue between Yerevan and Baku, with improvements in regional relations also being observed.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova emphasised that Russia welcomes these developments, particularly the unblocking of transport communications, including the ongoing supply of Russian grain to Armenia via Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
Zakharova also highlighted that these positive shifts confirm the relevance of the "3+3" regional cooperation format.
Russia strongly supports the development of this platform and expressed hope that Georgia will join future meetings, as Moscow believes there are important discussions to be had with the Georgian side, she added.
The “3+3” regional platform involves Azerbaijan, Armenia, Türkiye, Iran, Russia, and Georgia, although Tbilisi has so far declined to participate.
