Leaked document claims sweeping US-Iran framework on sanctions, nuclear limits
A document purportedly containing the text of a memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran has been published online by Josh Block, executive director of The Israel Project.
According to a post shared by Block on the social media platform X, the alleged memorandum sets out a proposed framework for a $300 billion reconstruction and economic development program for Iran, alongside measures to ease sanctions and commitments related to Tehran’s nuclear activities, Caliber.Az reports.

The document states that the United States, in cooperation with its regional partners, would undertake to develop a comprehensive plan for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It further indicates that the initiative would be mutually agreed upon by both sides and supported by funding of no less than $300 billion.
In addition to the proposed economic package, the memorandum is said to include sanctions-relief provisions and a commitment by Iran not to pursue the development of nuclear weapons.
