Media: Russia completes preparations for large-scale missile strike

Russia is redeploying Tu-95MS strategic bombers from Russia’s Far East to Olenya Airbase, with the aircraft reportedly already armed with cruise missiles, according to monitoring channels.

Their reports said four more Tu-95MS bombers are being transferred to the airbase, which could bring the number of Tu-95MS bombers ready at Olenya to six.

Another four Tu-160 bombers remain in the Far East.

Monitoring channels believe Russia is completing preparations for a possible large-scale missile strike.

Olenya Airbase is a key base for Russia’s strategic aviation forces.
