Media: Ukrainian drone strike damages circus tent in Tver

A Ukrainian drone strike has caused significant damage to a circus tent in the Russian city of Tver. 

The Gold of Africa circus, located in a parking lot near the Tandem shopping centre, was preparing for performances scheduled to begin on December 20, Caliber.Az reports via ASTRA. 

According to circus representatives, while the strike severely damaged the tent’s dome, both the animals and the staff remained unharmed. The dome, which was newly installed and had not yet been used for a full year, was rendered irreparable by the attack.

Circus officials indicated that a replacement dome has already been located, but it remains unclear whether the performances will go ahead as planned. They stated that the decision to continue the tour is still being discussed, and the situation remains uncertain at this stage.
