Moldova detects six unauthorised drones in its airspace after overnight attack on Ukraine Photo
Moldova’s Defence Ministry said six unauthorised drones entered the country’s airspace on the morning of November 25, following a massive overnight attack on Ukraine.
In a statement, the ministry said the first drone was detected moving from the direction of Vinogradovca–Vulcănești toward the Romanian border, passing between the localities of Colibași in Cahul district and Vadul lui Isac at an altitude of about 1,500 meters. Authorities immediately informed relevant state bodies, including the police, about the illegal overflight, Caliber.Az reports.
The ministry reported that five additional drones were later observed crossing the airspace over Dondușeni, Orhei, Bender, Vadul lui Vodă and Florești. One drone fell onto the roof of a house in the village of Cuhureștii de Jos in Florești district, the ministry says.

Officials urged citizens to report any unauthorised aerial objects and warned the public not to touch debris that may have fallen to the ground, advising them instead to notify authorities.
The ministry added that state institutions are continuously monitoring the situation and are ready to intervene to ensure the protection of the population.
