Russians stranded at Kyrgyzstan airport after aircraft incident

More than 20 Russian nationals have been stranded at Kyrgyzstan's Bishkek airport following an aircraft incident involving a TezJet plane on the runway.

The passengers said they were not provided with accommodation or food after their flight was delayed until 8:00 a.m. on July 8, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Telegram channel Mash.

According to the report, representatives of Avia Traffic blamed the airport administration for failing to arrange accommodation, while the airport's management said responsibility rested with the airline.

The stranded passengers said they were only offered refunds for their tickets.
