More than 350 drones headed toward Moscow, mayor says
More than 350 drones were launched toward Moscow and the surrounding region from 20:30 local time on July 11, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has stated.
In a post on Max, he said most of the drones were intercepted at distant approaches to the Russian capital, while 50 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down as they approached Moscow itself, Caliber.Az reports.
Meanwhile, Russia's Armed Forces carried out overnight strikes on Ukrainian ports on July 13.
The Russian Defence Ministry said the attacks involved long-range precision air-launched weapons and drones targeting port facilities in Chornomorsk in Ukraine's Odesa region.
According to the ministry, the facilities were being used to store military cargo, fuel and lubricants.
