Moscow deploys “Sirius-82” USVs to disrupt Ukrainian forces on Dnipro

Russia’s Armed Forces have deployed “Sirius-82” unmanned surface vessels to block attempts by Ukrainian troops to cross the Dnipro River, according to a statement released by the Russian Ministry of Defence.

The ministry reported that each “Sirius-82” USV is capable of carrying two anchor river mines. It noted that the platform can be used not only for laying minefields, but also as both a mine-clearing vessel and a strike craft.
