Polish president says "major resolutions" loom in Middle East
The coming days will bring major decisions for the Middle East, Polish President Karol Nawrocki said, as regional tensions continue to escalate following Iranian retaliatory attacks.
In a post on X, Nawrocki stated that significant developments were expected in the region, adding that Poland stands together with its allies during a critical period, Caliber.

He also expressed condolences to the United States after three American servicemen were killed in retaliatory attacks carried out by Iran. According to the Polish president, several others were injured. He extended his thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.
"The United States–the greatest ally of Poland–lost three of their sons in retaliatory attacks carried out by Iran. A couple more were injured. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families," he wrote.
Nawrocki further argued that the Iranian government, which he accused of arming Russia in its war against Ukraine and threatening other states in the Middle East, was now facing dismantlement.
