Putin: Russia open to rebuilding ties with European countries

Russia has not отказалась from developing and restore relations with European countries, President Vladimir Putin said while opening an operational meeting with members of the country’s Security Council, according to TASS.

“We have never refused to develop these relations, to restore these relations,” Putin stated.

During the meeting, Putin invited Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to deliver a report, asking him to provide assessments and outline possible approaches for further work with European partners.
