Queues form at petrol stations after strike on oil refinery in Russia’s Perm VIDEO

Queues have formed at petrol stations in Russia’s Perm after a strike on an oil refinery, Exilenova+ reports, citing residents and community channels.

The report described the situation as “sanctions that work instantly”.

Exilenova+ published video footage showing the moment of today’s attack on the Permnefteorgsintez (PNOS) refinery in Perm by a Lyutyi strike drone operated by Ukraine’s Defence Forces.

Since March 2014, the EU has imposed massive and unprecedented sanctions against individuals and entities involved in Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. 

So far, 21 packages of sanctions have been adopted. These measures increase pressure on Russia and target its war economy, supporting efforts to end its brutal war of aggression against Ukraine.
