Roof collapses at Russian electric car plant, rescue underway

A roof collapsed at an automobile factory in Russia’s Lipetsk region, where Evolute electric vehicles have been produced since 2022.

Employees of the Motor-Invest enterprise may be trapped under the debris, though their exact number is not yet known, Caliber.Az reports via the SHOT Telegram channel.

Emergency services are on site, dismantling structures and searching for possible victims. Preliminary reports suggest that accumulated snow may have caused the collapse.
