Russia blames Zelenskyy for striking schools Red Lines Breached

Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik told state media that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is violating “red lines” of international humanitarian law by targeting schools in Russian regions.

“Zelenskyy is endangering the lives of our children, striking educational institutions, and repeatedly crossing the red lines established under international humanitarian law,” Miroshnik said.

He added that the Ukrainian leader’s actions leave Russia no choice but to respond with force to these alleged crimes and to hold accountable those who issue and execute such military orders.
