Russia claims interception of 127 Ukrainian drones over four-hour span

Russia’s air defence forces destroyed 127 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones within a four-hour period, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence.

“Between 8:00 and 12:00 Moscow time, on-duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 127 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Perm, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tula regions, the Moscow region, the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Udmurt Republic, as well as over the waters of the Azov Sea and the Black Sea,” the ministry said in a statement.
