Russia, Cuba to jointly develop cancer vaccines, deputy PM says

Russia and Cuba will sign a memorandum on June 4 to jointly develop vaccines against cancer, according to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
Speaking at the Russia–Cuba business dialogue held as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), he said last year, Russia delivered 6 tons of pharmaceutical substances to Cuba for the production of medicines, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
Addressing the agricultural sector, he noted that around 90 Russian companies are interested in supplying meat, dairy, and fish products to Cuba.
According to him, Russia can also offer solutions in digital services, cybersecurity, telemedicine, and business automation.
