Russia doesn't care who will win US presidential election, says FM Lavrov

Russia by and large does not care who will win the US presidential election, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"The American political establishment, regardless of party affiliation, sees Russia as an enemy and an existential threat," Gazeta.ru quotes him as saying.

He emphasized that it is naive to hope for improved relations if "the Republican candidate" wins.
