Russia downs 36 Ukrainian drones over three regions

On the night of December 20, Russian air defences intercepted and destroyed 36 drones across its three regions and the Black Sea.

Some 16 drones were shot down over the Krasnodar region, 14 over the Black Sea, five over the Bryansk region, and one over the Belgorod region, Caliber.Az reports citing Russian Defence Ministry.

“Overnight, the Kyiv regime’s attempts to carry out terror attacks on targets in Russia using fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles were foiled. On-duty air defences intercepted and destroyed 16 Ukrainian UAVs in total: 16 over the Krasnodar region, 14 over Black Sea waters, five over the Bryansk region and one over the Belgorod region," the ministry said.
