Russia intercept roughly 180 drones heading toward Moscow, says mayor

Approximately 180 drones were shot down while approaching Moscow, Russia, according to the city’s mayor, Sergey Sobyanin.

“In total, around 180 unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed on the approach to Moscow. Air defence operations are continuing,” Sobyanin said in a statement.
