Russia intercepts over 100 Ukrainian drones in overnight operation

Russian air defence systems destroyed 112 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles overnight on April 20, according to Russia’s Ministry of Defence.

“During the night, from 20:00 Moscow time on April 19 to 07:00 Moscow time on April 20, on-duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 112 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over the territories of the Astrakhan, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk regions, Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea, and over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas,” the ministry said.
