Russia launches 142 drone strikes on Ukraine overnight, most intercepted
On the night of November 26 to 27, Russia carried out another attack on Ukraine using 142 strike drones, most of which were successfully shot down, the Ukrainian Air Force stated on Facebook.
“According to the military, Russian forces targeted Ukraine with 142 Shahed-type strike drones and other types of unmanned aerial vehicles in the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and Hvardiiske in Crimea," the Air Force said, Caliber.Az reports.
Preliminary data indicate that Ukraine’s air defences intercepted or suppressed 92 enemy drones of the Shahed type and other UAVs in the north, south, and east of the country.
"Impacts from 42 strike drones were recorded at 18 locations, while debris from downed drones fell in three locations,” the statement said.
