Rescue teams continued searching for four people still unaccounted for under the rubble after a missile fired from Iran struck a residential building in Haifa, northern Israel. Authorities fear for the lives of the missing, identified as an elderly couple, their 40-year-old son, and their caregiver, The Times of Israel reports.
The building, a terraced structure, sustained a direct hit on its lower floor, which absorbed the brunt of the impact. Several balconies collapsed as a result of the strike.
An 82-year-old man wounded in the attack was taken to Rambam Health Care Campus. His condition was initially listed as serious at the scene, downgraded to moderate on arrival at the hospital, and later updated back to serious as he was taken into surgery. His wife, also injured in the strike, was reported in light-to-moderate condition.
The Magen David Adom ambulance service reported that eight other people were lightly wounded, including a baby, while four additional individuals received treatment for shock. A gas balloon also exploded at the scene, complicating rescue efforts.
Rescue teams are working through the night to locate the missing and clear the rubble, with fears growing for the safety of those trapped.

In a phone interview with ABC News senior political correspondent Rachel Scott, US President Donald Trump issued a forceful warning to Iran, saying he expects the Iranian government to reach a deal in “days, not weeks.”
“If it happens, it happens. And if it doesn't, we're blowing up the whole country,” Trump said. “We're blowing up, as I said, it's going to be bridge day and it's going to be power plant day in the country of Iran.”
Trump added that “very little” is “off limits” if no deal is reached. When asked whether that meant civilian infrastructure could be targeted, he replied, “I don't want to talk about that.”
The president also said he has not ruled out sending ground troops to Iran. “I don't think it's necessary, but I don't rule anything out,” he stated.
When questioned about extending the deadline to give Iran more time to negotiate a peace deal, Trump said, “They have plenty of time to make a deal.” He added bluntly, “They don't want to make a deal; their whole country is gone.”

During an interview with ABC News correspondent Rachel Scott, US President Donald Trump said that his proposal to NATO allies to participate in a potential military operation in the Strait of Hormuz was intended as a test of the alliance.
“This was a test for NATO, I didn’t need them, but I wanted to test them,” Trump said.
He explained the interaction with NATO officials: “I said, I’d love to have you guys get involved. And they said, well, we can’t do it. I said, Oh, that’s okay. I didn’t even give him a hard sell. They probably said, Oh, he’s a terrible salesman. Because all I did say, love to have you be involved.”
Trump added, “I was doing that as a test. I didn’t need that, right? They’re a paper tiger. Paper Tiger. They have no ships. They have nothing, and Putin has zero fear of them. But I did it as a test.”

The United States has deployed almost its entire stock of JASSM-ER long-range stealth missiles against Iran, Bloomberg reports, citing a source familiar with the matter.
At the end of March, an order was issued to move the missiles from the Pacific region to US Central Command bases or to Fairford in the United Kingdom.
After the transfers, the US will have 425 missiles remaining, down from approximately 2,300 before the conflict with Iran. An additional 75 warheads are considered defective.
The JASSM-ER, or Joint Air-to-Surface Missile-Extended Range, is capable of traveling over 600 miles, allowing it to strike targets from a distance that keeps aircraft safer from enemy defenses.
In contrast, the standard JASSM has a range of roughly 250 miles, and the source noted that around two-thirds of the US stockpile has already been allocated for operations related to Iran.

Israeli military says operatives from Hezbollah’s Radwan Force were detained during ground operations in southern Lebanon and later questioned by Unit 504, an intelligence unit responsible for interrogations.
According to a statement attributed to the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), troops conducting targeted raids apprehended armed individuals who, it said, had been preparing to launch an anti-tank missile at Israeli forces. The suspects were subsequently transferred for questioning.
The IDF said the interrogation of detainees suggested a deterioration in morale among fighters operating in southern Lebanon, while also alleging that Hezbollah continues to pursue operational activity in the area.
In quotes provided from the questioning, one detainee was cited as saying: “Hezbollah went out to avenge Sayyed Ali Khamenei.” The IDF said the remarks underscored its assessment of close ties between Hezbollah and Iran.
According to the questioning: “The morale is on the floor. No one has the strength to go out and fight. I just came out of a year and a half of war. Anyone who leaves their home does so against their will. You can’t tell them (Hezbollah) you don’t want to come. It’s all bombardments, you don’t know when a bomb will fall on you.”
The military said its operations in southern Lebanon will continue, adding that it aims to prevent threats to Israeli civilians. Hezbollah has not publicly responded to the specific claims.

The Marines would likely be an important part of any US assault on islands in the Persian Gulf, including those that oversee the approaches to the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world’s oil supply usually flows.
US Central Command has said that roughly 50,000 US troops, including Marines, are already in the Middle East as part of the war with Iran.
Trump has previously threatened Iranian islands in the gulf, including its main oil transfer point on Kharg Island, but in his televised address Wednesday night he did not mention the possibility of using ground troops against Iran.

The IDF has eliminated the commander of a ballistic missile unit in the Kermanshah area, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press office reported.
“The IDF continues to operate with determination to degrade the Iranian regime’s ballistic missile infrastructure.

The IDF struck central headquarters used by the “Iranian terror regime to finance its armed forces and proxies across the Middle East,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) press office has reported.

“Yesterday (Wednesday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF Intelligence, struck central headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Tehran, which were used for managing budgets for security bodies and funding military and terror activities worldwide.
Those funds were routed through these headquarters for two central purposes:
* Funding and strengthening Iran’s armed forces - Using these funds, the regime operated to produce thousands of ballistic missiles and weapons that threaten the citizens of Israel and the entire world, at the expense of civilian infrastructure development. Moreover, these budgets have been used to build up the regime’s armed forces, including Internal Security Forces and the Basij, who have murdered thousands of civilians during protests against the regime.
* Funding the Iranian terror regime’s proxies across the Middle East - The IRGC and its Quds Force have transferred vast sums to the regime’s proxies across the Middle East. Over the years, the regime transferred dozens of billions of dollars to the terrorist organizations Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthi terror regime who are responsible for deadly terror attacks against the State of Israel and around the world.
The IDF will continue to deepen the damage to the military assets and capabilities of the Iranian regime,” the statement said.

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya command stated that U.S. and Israeli assessments of Iran’s military capabilities are incomplete and do not reflect the country’s true potential.
According to Sabereen News, the statement emphasised that the attacked centres for producing strategic missiles, long-range and precision strike drones, modern air-defence systems, and electronic warfare facilities represent only a small fraction of Iran’s capabilities.
“Do not expect that you have destroyed the production centres of our strategic missiles, long-range and precision strike drones, modern air-defence systems, electronic warfare equipment, and our specialised installations. Such a misconception will only sink you deeper into the quagmire you have created for yourselves. The centres you think you attacked were insignificant, while the strategic military capabilities of our country are being developed in locations unknown to you, places you will never reach. We will save you the effort: do not attempt to count our missiles, drones, and strategic installations — you will be wrong and will not get an accurate result.”
The command emphasised that the country’s strategic sites are in locations inaccessible to the enemy, and any attempt to quantify Iran’s arsenal will be mistaken. The statement also warned that the U.S. and Israel will pay a price for initiating aggression, and the war will continue until the “complete humiliation, lasting regret, and inevitable surrender” of the adversary.
Iran’s command promised continued “powerful, unexpected strikes” as well as larger and more destructive operations in the future.

The IDF described the Southern Front as a unit within Hezbollah responsible for operations against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon.

"Hashem, a senior commander with over 40 years of experience and a central figure in the terrorist organization, began the role of Southern Front commander following the elimination of Ali Karaki, alongside Hassan Nasrallah, during Operation Northern Arrows. Over the years, he was responsible for the 'Nasser', 'Aziz', and 'Badr' units—units responsible for combat against IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon and launching rockets toward the State of Israel. For years, and particularly in recent times, Hashem led and advanced thousands of terror attack plans against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers," the statement said.
