Russia offers Armenia secure communications systems

A Russian technology developer is offering secure communications systems to Armenia, according to Sputnik Armenia.

The proposal involves communications software developed by the Russian company Svetets. The company’s software products, including artificial intelligence solutions, can be deployed within closed government or corporate networks, Sergei Sytin, the company’s deputy director for key customers, said.

According to Sytin, deploying the systems on isolated networks can virtually eliminate the possibility of cyberattacks carried out through the internet.

Russia’s trade mission in Armenia is assisting the company in identifying potential customers and expanding its presence in the Armenian market.
