Russia reports 20 Ukrainian drones intercepted overnight, three near Moscow

Russian air defence forces shot down three drones that were heading toward Moscow, the capital’s mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, reported.

Sobyanin said emergency service specialists are working at the sites where debris fell, Caliber.Az reports per RBC.

Sobyanin first reported a second downed drone at 8:16 a.m. Moscow time, and a third at 8:27 a.m.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defence said on its Telegram channel that Russian air defence forces intercepted 20 Ukrainian drones over several regions on the night of December 9 to 10..

According to the ministry, 16 UAVs were intercepted over the Bryansk region, two over the Kaluga region, and one each over the Belgorod and Moscow regions.
