Russia's Pobeda to resume flights to UAE in September
Russian low-cost carrier Pobeda will resume flights to the United Arab Emirates in September, with its first service from Moscow to Dubai scheduled for September 3, the airline has announced.
It said flights from Moscow to Dubai will initially operate three times a week — on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
The schedule will gradually expand. Tuesday flights will be added from September 15, Friday services from September 22, daily flights will begin on October 1, and from October 2 the route will operate twice daily.
Pobeda will also launch flights from Makhachkala to Dubai on September 2, operating on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. From October 25, the schedule will switch to Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
In addition, the airline will begin flights from Moscow to Abu Dhabi on October 25, with services operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The published schedule runs through March 27, 2027.
