Russia’s Yaroslavl comes under large-scale drone assault

Russia’s Yaroslavl region came under a large-scale overnight drone attack carried out by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, Governor Mikhail Evraev said on Telegram.

Air defence and electronic warfare systems intercepted the drones as they approached the regional capital, Yaroslavl. According to Evraev, one woman was injured in the attack, sustaining minor shrapnel wounds.

He also reported that traffic restrictions at the intersection of Moskovsky Prospekt and the South-Western Ring Road in Yaroslavl have been lifted, and vehicle movement on the outbound route toward Moscow has been fully restored.
