Russia says it intercepted 355 Ukrainian drones in overnight attacks

Russian air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 355 Ukrainian drones during overnight attacks targeting multiple regions across the country, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation said on May 15.

According to the ministry, the drones were downed over the regions of Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver and Tula, as well as the Moscow region, Caliber.Az reports.

Russian authorities also reported interceptions over the Republic of Kalmykia, Krasnodar Krai, the annexed Crimea, and the waters of the Azov and Caspian Seas.
