Russia says it shot down 155 Ukrainian drones overnight across multiple regions

Russian air defence units intercepted and destroyed 155 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones overnight on Friday, July 3, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence.

In a statement from its press service, the ministry said the drones were downed over several regions, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Tver, Tula, Kaluga, Kursk, Rostov, and Smolensk, as well as over Krasnodar Krai, the Moscow region, and the Republic of Crimea. Additional interceptions were reported over the waters of the Azov Sea and the Black Sea, Caliber.Az reports.

The ministry did not provide details on potential damage or casualties resulting from the reported drone attacks.
