Russia says it struck telecommunications centres in Kyiv

Russian forces struck two telecommunications centres in Kyiv, Russia’s Defence Ministry said on September 24.

The ministry identified the facilities as Kyivstar and Parkovyi, and said they provided communications services and computing capacity for Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.

It also said Russian forces hit an industrial facility producing components for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), a drone manufacturing workshop, a facility producing and storing Hornet drones, and a transport and logistics centre in Kyiv.

In Odesa Region, two logistics centres and a dry cargo vessel delivering fuel and lubricants to the port of Chornomorsk were also hit, according to the ministry.

Earlier, it was reported that Kyiv had come under a massive attack.
