Russia: School bus collides with car, driver killed Updated
A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the traffic accident when a school bus, carrying 13 children, collided with a passenger car in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk region.
"According to preliminary data, the culprit of the accident is a third unidentified car that drove into the oncoming lane and caused the accident. The culprit fled the scene," Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia said in a statement, Caliber.Az reports.

A school bus carrying 13 children has been involved in a road traffic accident on the Sayany Highway in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk region.
The collision occurred on the stretch of road between Minusinsk and Krasnoyarsk, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
The school bus collided with a passenger car, killing the young woman driving the vehicle.
One child sustained injuries, with suspected fractures to the leg and hip, and has been hospitalised.
Authorities noted that the region has experienced heavy snowfall in recent days, with efforts currently underway to clear the roads.
