Russia shoots down 27 Ukrainian drones in single morning, ministry says

The Russian Ministry of Defence has said that its air defence forces intercepted and destroyed 27 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the morning of February 17, between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Moscow time.

According to the ministry, the drones were neutralised in multiple locations: 15 over the Black Sea, 4 over Crimea, 4 over the Perm Territory, 3 over the Krasnodar Territory, and 1 over the Belgorod Region, Caliber.Az reports. 

The report did not provide independent verification of the drone interceptions.
