Russia shoots down 29 Ukrainian drones overnight

Russian air defence forces have reportedly destroyed 29 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russian regions and the Sea of Azov, the country’s Defence Ministry said.

According to a statement published on the ministry’s official Telegram channel, ten unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were intercepted over Rostov Region, nine over Stavropol Krai, and four over Kursk Region.

One drone each was reportedly downed over Belgorod, Bryansk, and Krasnodar regions, while three were destroyed over the Sea of Azov.
